Talonpoikaismarssi Helsinkiin 1930

1930 · 18 min Documentary

Directed by Kalle Kaarna and produced by Oy. Filmi Kotka, the documentary is a strongly charged propaganda film. It begins in the open fields of smoke "by the bleached bones of fallen clubmen" and presents the birthplaces of the Lapua movement with their monuments and key figures. The climax is the main celebration held in Helsinki's Senate Square on July 7, 1930, where the strongman of the Lapua movement, Vihtori Kosola, gives his speech.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take

Talonpoikaismarssi Helsinkiin 1930 is an acquired taste at 0.0/10. We recommend checking the trailer and synopsis before diving in.

Not every film is made for everyone. Read the synopsis, watch the trailer — you'll know right away if it's for you.

A classic from 1930. They don't make them like this anymore — which is exactly why you should watch it. Best for: genre fans and those open to something unconventional.
