Jacob, a perfectionist architect, finds a room in an old blueprint of his house that he never designed. On paper, it fits perfectly into the floor plan, but in reality, it doesn't exist. Each day, the contours of this room on the drawing grow sharper, and strange occurrences begin in the house — objects vanish and reappear elsewhere, walls emit faint grinding sounds at night. His wife Emma attributes it to work stress, but when their daughter starts talking to someone in the non-existent nursery, doubts shatter. The line between projection and reality blurs, and the house Jacob designed down to the smallest detail begins to live by its own rules.
