Belived
Kim Seongho returns to his hometown after a decade away. The streets he knew as a child now feel foreign; encounters with his past are fraught with quiet pain. His father, who runs an aging print shop, is slowly losing his eyesight but refuses to close the business. A reunion with Jeonghee, a woman from his youth now working at a hospice, forces Seongho to reconsider his own convictions. Muted conversations in a near-empty café, the whisper of printing presses, the unspoken understanding between father and son—all weave a story about living when life itself seems to be fading. The film traces the delicate line between memory and oblivion, duty and freedom.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take
Director Park Minsoo employs static frames and minimalist editing to evoke a sense of decelerated time. The camera lingers on details—worn book covers, trembling hands, reflections in window glass.
What lingers after viewing is a quiet, almost physical weight—not sadness, but an awareness of how fragile every connection truly is. Anyone ready for a drama that is less about dying and more about every moment we call living will find resonance here. — MovieFinder Editorial
