After accidentally consuming its roe, his body begins to emit a peculiar glow, and local sharks suddenly gain the ability to speak human language. Soon the entire island descends into chaos: marine life organizes a strike demanding better living conditions, while scientists from around the world flock to Jeju to study the phenomenon. Kim Jong-ho finds himself at the center of attention, trying to save his business, mediate the conflict between humans and fish, and understand why he became the key figure in this absurd confrontation. His daughter, a biology student, proposes an unexpected solution linked to an ancient Korean legend about sea spirits.
