Alireza, a humble biology teacher, accidentally discovers that his leech therapy method sparks an unexpected frenzy. Suddenly, he becomes "Agha-ye Zalu"—Tehran's most sought-after healer, whose sessions are attended by ministers and celebrities. But fame turns into a nightmare: reporters now stalk him, and neighbors demand free consultations. Trying to preserve his last shreds of privacy, Alireza devises increasingly absurd tricks—from cross-dressing as a woman to escaping through sewers. His life descends into farce, where each new client threatens to shatter his already fragile mental balance.
