Facing a brain aneurysm diagnosis, Neil Young travels to Nashville just four days before a critical operation. Surrounded by longtime friends and family, he writes and records the album 'Prairie Wind,' a raw journey into the heart of country folk. Following a successful surgery and recovery, he returns to the same city, taking the stage at the historic Ryman Auditorium to perform these songs live. The film weaves together rehearsal footage, backstage intimacy, and the concert itself into a poignant chronicle of artistry, vulnerability, and healing through music.
