Everyone Knows Every Juan

Juan, an ordinary guy from the province, arrives in Manila and discovers all his neighbors share the same name. At the supermarket, three different Juans call out to him, his boss at work is also Juan, and the woman he falls for turns out to be Juana. This absurdity turns his life into a comedy of errors, where each new day is a struggle against universal sameness. The film explores Filipino culture through the lens of its most popular name, transforming the mundane into sharp social satire. The audience follows the hero as he tries to preserve his individuality in a world where literally everyone is "every Juan."
