Marcos, an ex-soldier with a cybernetic arm, scrapes by in the wastes of a post-nuclear world. When a gang of mutants seizes the last source of clean water, he teams up with a ragtag crew of outsiders—genetically modified scientist Ana and obsessed mechanic Chucho. Their plan is insane: hijack an armored fortress-train to reach the mutant stronghold. Homemade explosives, rusty lasers, and Marcos's old-fashioned fist all come into play.
