Mark, exhausted by office routine, decides to give himself the hottest day of his life — literally. He buys a ticket to the Sahara Desert, where temperatures soar above 50 degrees Celsius, but instead of meditative solitude, he lands in a camp of eccentric tourists. Among them are a retired extreme sports enthusiast, a survivalist blogger creating content, and a German who brought a portable beer fridge. This 2025 action comedy turns an attempt to escape civilization into an absurd adventure where the main enemy isn't the scorching sun but human ridiculousness. Mark will have to not only survive extreme conditions but also find common ground with this motley crew as they try to reach an oasis that turns out to be not quite what the travel agency promised.

The director contrasts vast desert landscapes with intimate, almost theatrical dialogues, filming action scenes with ironic detachment.
Those who appreciate dark humor reminiscent of early Coen brothers works will enjoy the grotesque situations and unexpected plot twists. What lingers is a subtle aftertaste of absurdity and the thought that sometimes the most extreme adventure is simply being around other people. — MovieFinder Editorial
