Antoine, a Parisian architect, receives an unexpected letter from the military recruitment office — he's called up for reservist training. Instead of blueprints and client meetings, he faces a week in the barracks with a motley crew: a former rock musician, a math teacher, and a retiree obsessed with military history. Their mission is to complete basic training under Sergeant Leblanc, a stickler for regulations and cleanliness. This 2025 comedy turns army life into an absurd spectacle where the real battle isn't on the training ground but in the mess hall and on the parade square.
