Frame
Anna, a documentary photographer, buys an old camera at a flea market. The first photos seem normal, but each subsequent frame reveals a stranger's shadow growing sharper in the corner. The shadow doesn't just exist—it moves closer, shifts its posture, as if studying the photograph's space from within. When Anna notices the shadow mimicking the gestures of her deceased brother, the boundary between memory and reality begins to dissolve. She tries to discard the camera, but the images keep appearing on her digital devices, and the shadow now lingers in the dark corners of her apartment. Her investigation leads to an abandoned photo studio, where she discovers a series of portraits capturing the precise moment a soul crosses into another realm.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take
The director builds dread not through jump scares, but through a systematic distortion of familiar visual reality. Every frame here is a perceptual trap where the background gradually overtakes the subject.
Those who tire of predictable horror will find a chilling exploration of how images can become haunted. What lingers after the credits is a profound unease about the permanence of digital traces. — MovieFinder Editorial
