He tries to explain the situation to his neighbor Lisa, but she just laughs, thinking it's another one of his jokes. Soon, Mark discovers he's not alone in the time loop—the bartender at the corner café seems to know more than he lets on. Together, they try to find the cause of the temporal glitch, encountering absurd situations: repeating conversations, identical news reports, and a piece of toast perpetually stuck in the toaster.
