Alexander, a former investigator, receives an anonymous letter containing a photograph of a crime scene he failed to solve ten years ago. Teaming up with Elena, a journalist whose sister was a victim in the original case, he launches a rogue investigation, breaking every protocol. Their pursuit leads them into a world of corrupt officials and private clinics that specialize in erasing memories for a price.
