In a small fishing village on the Portuguese coast, life follows the rhythm of the tides. Local families, who have fished these waters for generations, face new challenges: a changing climate, dwindling catches, and an influx of tourists. Young fisherman Miguel struggles to maintain his father's legacy while adopting new technology to track fish schools. His neighbor, elderly widow Isabel, preserves traditional sardine-salting recipes that risk being forgotten.
