A man receives a late-night call from an acquaintance pleading for assistance. They must enter a railway tunnel to retrieve a lost object. This is rural Sweden, where neighbors miles away keep their blinds drawn, and weekly hockey teammates remain strangers. Two men descend into darkness, forced into uncomfortable proximity within the confined space. Yet even in total isolation, an opening remains—a potential escape route, or perhaps an abyss waiting in the deep.
