Kim Jihun, a Seoul real estate agent, receives a bizarre offer: to sell a plot in a cemetery rumored to be haunted. His skepticism vanishes when the potential buyer, an eccentric millionaire, declares he wants to build a "resort for spirits" there. In a bid to close the deal of a lifetime, Jihun is forced to pose as a medium, dragging his best friend into the scam and accidentally angering a whole legion of rather temperamental ghosts. His life descends into chaos, where business meetings are disrupted by poltergeist activity, and negotiations are held with entities demanding not money, but the fulfillment of their unfulfilled earthly desires.
