Knotted

Mark, a forty-year-old programmer, finds a strange ball of wool in the basement of an old house that begins to unravel on its own. Each time he tries to cut it, inexplicable changes occur in his life: one day he wakes up in the body of a twenty-year-old student, the next he finds himself in a parallel reality where he married his high school crush. This absurd drama-comedy from 2026 explores themes of choice and regret through the lens of magical realism. Mark is forced to live out the versions of his life he once rejected, facing the consequences of every decision.
