Marco, a dairy farmer from Apulia, inherits an old cheese dairy in Milan. Moving from the sunny south to the gray industrial north becomes his personal culture shock. His traditional fior di latte cheese meets indifference from locals accustomed to supermarket staples. Struggling to survive, Marco encounters eccentric neighbor and food blogger Sofia, who sees scandalous content potential in his product. Their unlikely alliance sparks absurd situations: from underground garage tastings to attempts at hacking social media algorithms. Slowly, the small dairy becomes a hub of local resistance against culinary blandness, attracting fellow misfits of the urban food scene.
