The 2025 documentary reconstructs key events of the Syrian conflict through archival footage and interviews with diplomats and military analysts. From the first protests to chemical attacks, from Russian intervention to the withdrawal of American troops, the film shows how the Assad dynasty balanced on the brink of collapse but ultimately retained power. The story is told without voiceover, through the voices of its direct participants.
