Yukito, a real estate agent, is tasked with selling an apartment where a murder occurred. Instead of hiding its history, he decides to market it as a unique selling point, launching a website specializing in "cursed" properties. His first client, a young woman, moves into the apartment with a dark past, convinced that modern renovations will erase any traces. But strange noises at night, objects moving on their own, and a persistent feeling of being watched begin to shake her certainty.
