Ritas
Ritas Gricius looks at an old photo of his band — young faces, guitars, naive dreams. Decades later, he returns to Lithuania after a life in America to gather the musicians for one final tour. The 2025 documentary follows the legend of Lithuanian rock through rehearsal rooms, empty halls, and nighttime conversations. The camera captures not only the concerts but the silence between the notes — the doubts, the fatigue, the ghosts of the past. This is a story not about fame, but about what remains when the music fades and a man is left alone with his memories and the melodies left unplayed.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take
The director chooses an extremely close distance, filming the musicians almost intimately — close-ups of wrinkles, trembling hands on strings, gazes into nowhere. The camera does not judge but accompanies, creating the effect of being in the room where chords are born and die.
What lingers is a bittersweet aftertaste — not nostalgia for a bygone era, but an understanding of the value of every moment played. — MovieFinder Editorial
