A Year of School

Marco crosses the threshold of his new school in Milan for the first time. His truck driver father has left for work, stranding the teenager alone in an unfamiliar city. In his 2026 directorial debut, Italian dramatist Andrea Magnani explores the fragile world of adolescence against a backdrop of social inequality.
