Lena, a mid-level manager, receives a task one week before New Year's: organize a corporate party that will "be remembered forever." Her boss, Mr. Zhang, adds, "Same budget as last year, just 30% less." While colleagues argue over menus and contests, Lena discovers the accountant accidentally transferred funds to a children's shelter. Now she must either recover the money before the holiday or transform a modest children's matinee into a lavish event for top executives. Help comes from an unexpected ally—Uncle Li, the janitor, who was once a circus performer. Together they devise a plan where balloon tricks replace expensive decorations, and a children's choir sings karaoke versions of hits. But when Mr. Zhang himself shows up to a rehearsal, everything goes awry.
