Sea of Love

Anju and Arun meet in Kerala, where they are separated not only by social status but by family traditions. He is a fisherman's son dreaming of maritime college; she is from a wealthy family studying medicine. Their affection collides with parental prejudices and expectations, transforming a simple love story into an examination of caste and class boundaries in contemporary India. The director avoids melodramatic clichés, focusing instead on quiet moments of misunderstanding, silent resistance, and those invisible barriers that prove stronger than any words.
