Ali, an ambulance driver in Cairo, navigates the city's chaos with weary professionalism. His partner Mustafa argues endlessly about football, while dispatcher Fatima maintains calm as the urban circus unfolds around them. Their routine shatters when a hapless bank robber hijacks their ambulance for escape, unaware he's boarding the most unpredictable vehicle in Egypt. Now Ali must deliver a critical patient, reach his sister's wedding on time, evade a police cordon, and pacify the furious owner of a stolen motorcycle—all before sunset. In this race against time, the only constant is Cairo's relentless traffic, which becomes both obstacle and accomplice.
