Instead of standard underwriting, he must deal with animated statues, talking cats, and escaped basement demons. His boss demands Excel reports, while the mages' guild insists on ancient ritual compliance. Complications escalate when the next client turns out to be a werewolf allergic to insurance paperwork, and office equipment starts obeying incantations. Marcos struggles to keep his job without falling victim to magical arbitration or another corporate audit.
