Kaito works in a pharmacy in Kokura's neon district. Every day he sells generics — cheap copies of expensive drugs that replicate the formula but lack the brand. His life is a generic too: predictable, bland, much like his relationship with coworker Rika. Everything changes when he meets Mia, a girl who claims to be from a future where their love was legendary but erased from history.
