Offshoring

Antoine, a French IT specialist, learns his department is being relocated to India. "Either move to Bangalore or resign," his boss informs him. Together with his misfit colleagues, he decides to sabotage the transfer by pretending to be Indian programmers. They hire actors, create a fake office, and attempt video conferences with exotic accents. But when real Indian coworkers arrive for inspection, their improvisation descends into chaos. The film explores corporate absurdity through cultural misunderstandings. Humorous situations arise from the characters' attempts to mimic foreign traditions without grasping their essence. The plot evolves from a local office conflict into a global farce where everyone must play a role far removed from reality.
