🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The animation constructs a powerful metaphor for marriage as an arduous, lifelong voyage across changing emotional seas. It explores how shared isolation can erode passion into resentment and finally into a silent, shared fate.

What lingers after the final frame is the haunting image of the empty boat finally making landfall, a ghost ship carrying only the echoes of a spent love. — MovieFinder Editorial
