Pardh, a young engineer from Hyderabad, receives a cryptic letter from the father he hasn't seen since childhood. Instead of a reunion, he finds only a key to a derelict warehouse in the old port. Inside lie not relics of the past, but blueprints for a mechanism that alters the perception of time. His search leads him to Anna, a linguist deciphering diaries in a language absent from official archives. Their investigation uncovers a network of 'chrono-exiles'—individuals who have voluntarily stepped outside linear time. But when Pardh discovers one of his father's designs is already integrated into the city's power grid, he realizes the device doesn't just record time—it rewrites it. The film examines legacy through the lens of unfinished technology and emotional debts that prove inextricably linked.
