Family doctor Marc, exhausted by routine, takes a side gig as an in-home Santa Claus. His first call is to a lonely retiree who orders not presents, but companionship. Marc, accustomed to children's whims, finds himself entangled in the bizarre requests of adult clients—from assisting in romantic confessions to participating in a family vendetta. Each house call spirals into a situational farce, forcing Marc to act as therapist, mediator, and accidental accomplice. His own cynicism about the holiday clashes with clients' stubborn belief in magic, turning his red suit into a uniform for the desperately hopeful.
