Father's Day

Markus receives a puzzling message from his father, whom he hasn't spoken to in a decade. Instead of a standard Father's Day greeting, it's an invitation to go fishing at a dilapidated cabin by the lake. Markus hesitates, but eventually gets in his car and drives across Finland, unaware of what awaits him at the end of the road. This 2026 dramedy explores fragile family bonds, unspoken grievances, and the awkward humor that emerges when two silent men try to relearn how to talk.
