Lucky Star

Jean-Pierre, a Parisian taxi driver, finds a forgotten suitcase containing one million euros in his car. Instead of turning it in, he decides to conduct a social experiment—giving the money to random passersby while observing their reactions. His wife Marie, a pragmatic accountant, is horrified by the idea. Meanwhile, the suitcase's owner, a crime boss nicknamed "The Count," begins searching for the missing cash. Parallel to this unfolds the story of Claude, a homeless man to whom Jean-Pierre gave a large sum, now attempting to start anew but struggling to break old habits. The film explores how sudden wealth alters not only destinies but the very essence of people, questioning concepts of luck and morality in modern consumer society.
