Marco, the owner of the BarLume café in a sleepy seaside town, discovers a large bank transfer has vanished into thin air. Teaming up with his eccentric friends—a retired cop and a local philosopher—he launches an amateur investigation. Their pursuit of the missing money unravels a web of petty fraud that points to some of the town's most unlikely, well-to-do citizens. The search becomes a comedic caper where the best tools are local gossip, Italian pastries, and the absurd logic of small-town life.
