Malcolm is a psychological horror thriller about the mind of a mentally ill serial killer who suffers from schizophrenia, psychopathy and multiple personality disorder. Michael Russo is his name on the outside, who he is known to his family, co workers and people he grew up with. But Malcolm is the alter ego inside that torments Michael day and night to kill the innocent. This movie takes place when things get out of control where Michael is forced to go on the run. With law enforcement in his rear view mirror. His itch to kill is still thick. And Michael is at a constant battle with Malcolm, law enforcement, his victims, and the reality he is building his life to be everyday.
