Captain Ndlovu, whose cybernetic fist holds the techniques of ancient masters, intercepts a signal from Titan—a Nazi base has activated the "Phoenix" protocol. Teaming up with shaman-programmer Zola and the oracle-robot Bongo, he must stop an army of Hitler clones wielding plasma katanas and commanding legions of Gestapo bots. Their journey takes them through the subterranean cities of Mars, where a tribe of mutant-ninjas guards the secret of anti-gravity kung fu.
