The Misadventures of Vince and Hick

Vince, a washed-up street racer, and Hick, his eccentric mechanic, accidentally come into possession of a briefcase that every crime syndicate in Los Angeles is desperate to retrieve. Now they're tearing down California highways, dodging bullets and police roadblocks, all while trying to figure out what exactly they're carrying in their trunk. Their clumsy attempts to survive escalate into a series of explosive chases and absurd confrontations with local gangsters and corrupt cops.
