At the peak of her career, one of Australia's most celebrated dancers, Michelle Ryan, is diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Betrayed by her body, she loses her career, mobility and marriage. Despite her damaged confidence and disability, in a chance moment of opportunity she is eventually drawn back to dance, becoming an inspirational Artistic Director at Restless Dance Theatre, a dance company working with young disabled people. MICHELLE offers an insight into the world of dance and disability and the liberating power of art.
