Nach meinem letzten Umzug...

1972 · 91 min

The film features footage of three productions by the Berliner Ensemble from 1953: excerpts from performances of Puntila and Mutter, as well as a fairly detailed recording of the dress rehearsal for Urfaust. The production of “Urfaust,” created in collaboration with Egon Monk, had aroused the displeasure of SED cultural officials. Syberberg and Germanist Prof. Dr. Hans Mayer discuss the controversy.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take

Nach meinem letzten Umzug... is an acquired taste at 0.0/10. We recommend checking the trailer and synopsis before diving in.

Not every film is made for everyone. Read the synopsis, watch the trailer — you'll know right away if it's for you.

A classic from 1972. They don't make them like this anymore — which is exactly why you should watch it. Best for: genre fans and those open to something unconventional.
