Maka, a die-hard rugby fan, discovers his beloved Tongan team is coming to town for a match. Desperate for tickets, he and his mates hatch a wild plan: form a cultural support group, a brass band dance ensemble. Their chaotic, heart-filled rehearsals transform garages and backyards into stages of joyous pandemonium.
