In the sleepy seaside town of Pineta, life ambles along until a mysterious murder disrupts the calm at BarLume. The bar's sharp-witted and sardonic owner, Ambrogio, teams up with his loyal band of retired friends, whose days are spent playing bocce. Their investigative technique is unconventional, more akin to a leisurely chat over a glass of wine than police procedure. Every snippet of gossip overheard at the bar counter or by the bocce court becomes a potential clue.
