Safe Space

Dr. Eliza Reed returns to her hometown after a decade away to care for her dying mother. In her childhood home, she discovers her sister's diary—the sister who vanished under mysterious circumstances as a teenager. Its pages are filled with strange symbols and references to a 'quiet place': the basement of an abandoned library where local teens once gathered to share secrets. Eliza's investigation leads her to her sister's former friends, each guarding their own version of what happened that night. The closer she gets to the truth, the more she realizes some secrets the town prefers to keep buried forever, and that a 'safe space' can become the most dangerous trap of all.
