Man-soo, long unemployed and burdened by his inadequacy, struggles in his relationship with Kyeong-ja. A mysterious package arrives, containing an unusual object, and soon a fairy visits his dreams, offering passionate encounters. In waking life, a drunken night with his childhood friend Yeon-sil leads to real intimacy. Meanwhile, Kyeong-ja finds a similar cryptic parcel, and a fantastical being also enters Yeon-sil's world, blurring the lines between reality, dreams, and repressed longing in a surreal romantic puzzle.
