The Rich Have Their Own Photographers

2007 · 59 min Documentary

A deeply inspirational film about the life and artwork of America's premiere social documentary photographer, Milton Rogovin. In 1957, The Buffalo News declared Milton Rogovin "The Top Red in Buffalo" and his life was turned upside-down. Effectively, his political voice was silenced as society shunned him and his friends disappeared. In reality, he was an optometrist promoting workers' rights.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The Rich Have Their Own Photographers is an acquired taste at 0.0/10. We recommend checking the trailer and synopsis before diving in.

Not every film is made for everyone. Read the synopsis, watch the trailer — you'll know right away if it's for you.

A 2007 film from an era before CGI overload, with real performances that still hit hard. Best for: genre fans and those open to something unconventional.
