Marc Price (born February 23, 1968) is a television actor, primarily known for his role as Irwin "Skippy" Handelman on "Family Ties." Price also played Eddie "Ragman" Weinbauer in the 1986 cult horror film "Trick or Treat" and appeared in the 1988 action-adventure film "The Rescue" with Kevin Dillon.
