Murat Soydan, October 2, 1940, was born in Lüleburgaz province of Kırklareli because of his father's office. His real name is Rüçhan Tercan. He studied at the primary and secondary school in Lüleburgaz and the liquor in Edirne. He came to Istanbul for the university. He also served as a civil servant at Tekel during his university education.
