Rita Zohar is an actress with a career spanning film, television, and theater. She was born during World War II in a concentration camp in Balta (then part of the Kingdom of Romania). She emigrated to Israel with her mother in the 1950s and began acting at the Cameri Theatre, performing in Yiddish.
