On July 29, 2021, she announced on her official Twitter account that she would be retiring at the end of September. On September 20, 2021, she graduated from team merengue in the “Marshmallow 3d+ team merengue vol.30 ~ Aotan Graduation Live! Come see me everyone!~”. She retired on September 30, 2021. After retiring from AV, she worked as a singer and model for photo shoots under the name Aoi (蒼). She later joined the agency HANAYA PROJECT run by SOD and appeared as a cast member at SOD Bar.
