In 2021, he participated in the Tencent survival show "Produce Camp 2021" as a contestant, where he ranked 1st. On April 24, 2021, he debuted as a member and the center of the group INTO1. He was voted to be the leader of the group on June 14. On 10 April 2022, Liuyu released his solo EP "LiuYeDao", ranking #1 on QQ Music.
