Tigran Edmondovich Keosayan (January 4, 1966, Moscow — September 26, 2025, ibid.) was a Russian film director, screenwriter, producer, film and television actor, music video director, and television presenter of Armenian descent, known for his anti-Ukrainian, sexist, racist, chauvinistic statements and propaganda. In 2022, Armenia declared Keosayan persona non grata due to his propaganda statements and banned him from entering the country.
